Our Story.
With over 20 years reporting experience, our Architectural practice focus is on providing personalised advice in reporting on defects and related issues in various capacities for residential and commercial projects. We enable opportunities for change as well as adaptive re-use of buildings.
Initially, experience was gained in a wide variety of design and documentation on major projects in Sydney, Melbourne and regional practices.
Our practice has since evolved into a customised service involving a range of specific reporting to assess building circumstances, including:
– Expert assessment
– General reporting on quality assurance
– Home Modification reports
Our experience assessing challenges over the full range of the built environment ranges from the individual, to corporate, hotel, multi residential and further.
A family owned and run company, we regularly service Melbourne, Bayside, Mornington Peninsula, Bass Coast, Gippsland, and Victoria wide on application.
